[ Responsibilities ]
1. Supervise the subcontractors and control the progress and quality.
2. Support in completing the Quality, Health ＆ Safety, and Environment Manual of the relevant package.
3. Provide organizational support in conducting internal and external audits.
4. Integrate the owner, subcontractors, and designers to resolve issues such as work procedures.
5. Review the subcontractor’s QA/QC plan and ensure to comply with client’s and offshore wind farms requirement, and other regulations.
6. Site supervision for quality control.
7. Matters assigned by supervisor.

[ Qualification ]
1. 3+ years of work experience with big and complex projects preferably in oil ＆ gas, energy or offshore (wind);
2. Master degree in a relevant area and specialized training in Quality management and project management;
3. Experienced auditor (Certified lead auditor ISO 9001-2015 is a plus);
4. Experience with working in an international environment;
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
