1.Manage and develop store managers on an ongoing basis. Build and maintain Franchisee and Wholesale capability within the store based teams through delivering or/and complementing and reinforcing regional learning solutions and execution of follow–up actions.
2.Plan and supervise in implementation of consistent operation processes to meet company standards in the area of store operation, product/availability, visual merchandising and customer service at store level. Produce and distribute a detailed written report, after each store visit, covering the key agreements, comments and areas of concern with timescales for action. Execute and follow up to ensure sustained performance.
3.Gather, analyze and distill data on consumers, competitors and brands into intelligence that inform sales planning process.
4.Build and maintain effective relationship with Franchisee and Wholesale partners to support business objectives through the delivery of agreed operating standards
