1. 負責掌管人事行政部之管理職。
2. 負責招募與甄選、訓練與發展、薪資福利、員工關係、出缺勤、績效評估等工作。
3. 薪資計算及發放作業。
4. 教育訓練規劃與執行。
5. 員工活動舉辦。

2. Skills to ensure that HR actively contributes to the business goals and organization, as well as dealing with varied staffing issues.
3. Strong knowledge of Taiwan local law and HR best practices.
4. Familiar with Training System and ability to conduct training planning and implementation for company wide.
5. Willing to take the job as full function HR and to have responsible for recruiting, training, C&B and other required projects of people development & employee activities.
6. Sense of humor, commitment to professionalism, commitment to customer service and willingness to work hard.
7. Results driven with an enthusiastic approach work.
8. Good communicator, listener and team player.
