工作內容
•At least 3 years PR executive experience and familiar with Cosmetic / Fashion industry is preferred.
• Assist team leader in planning, organizing, and implementing PR events.
• Work with team leader on overall execution and coherence with communications plan.
• Maintain rapport relationship with the press, influencers and celebrities to achieve publicity / exposure targets and objectives.
• Support team leader to develop KOL strategy in line with communications objectives.
• PR sample loan and stock management.
• Press release/ PR assets preparation and translations.
• Assist in the compilation of monthly clipping, PR related reports and exposure analysis.
• Maintain a library of publicity and promotional materials, gifts, audio/visual materials, etc.
• Carry out special projects assigned by team leader.
• Manage Instagram / Facebook social posts.
• Coordinate for PR gifts seeding, wrapping material arrangement, etc.
• Execute the marketing plan and monitor spending (vs budget).
• Support other function team members for events execution.

• Good communication skills (both spoken and written) in Chinese and English .
• Good writing skills; experience gained in press release editing and text translations preferred.
• Good media & influencer contact
• Attentive to details, quality output, possess curiosity, agile and flexible
