倉庫副理 Asst. Godown Manager

1. Warehouse Operation and Management
- Lead warehouse team to execute warehouse workflow to ensure delivery timelines are met with accuracy and required standards.
- Plan warehouse storage space and control warehouse costs while upholding required service levels.
- Ensure warehouse processes namely goods receiving, labelling, pick & pack, stock transfer, goods return and delivery are fully complied with company policies, procedures, local Customs and trade regulations.
- Establish the inbound and outbound flow in collaboration with customs brokers, brand teams and 3PLs.
- Work with finance and brand team for performing stock counts and inventory control.
- Support O2O logistics flow and requirements by platforms.
- Prepare regular warehouse KPI reports for management review.
- Identify, recommend initiatives and projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
倉庫運作與管理
- 帶領倉庫同仁執行倉管流程，並確保運送時間正確並符合所需標準
- 規劃倉儲空間及控管倉庫成本
- 確保倉庫收貨、打標、存放、轉調、退貨等皆符合公司規範、海關規定及貿易法則
- 與海關、品牌團隊等協作建立內部和外部作業流程
- 與財務及品牌合作確實做好盤點及存貨管理
- 支援線上線下物流流程與平台需求
- 製作倉庫績效報告
- 指出或建議作法或提案促使提升營運效率與效益
