Recruitment
- Partner with HR Manager and hiring managers to identify and build out staffing needs and strategies
- Fulfill recruitment requirements thorough sourcing, assessing, prescreening, and interviewing candidates
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Seek out creative and intelligent sourcing methods to conduct relevant research for an open role. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, internal referral etc
- Handle end to end process for new hires including appointment letter and probation follow-up
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
- Onboarding process and coordinate the new hire induction for staff level.
- Supports other related new HR projects

Employee Relations
- Plan annual Employee Relations function strategy design and implementation for company
- Develop and motivates people and delivers the highest standards of employee relations
- Initiate staff activity such as culture/team building coordination
