工作內容
發案方：睿德菲爾有限公司 RideFair LLC（統一編號 62127398），高雄。可全程遠距，每日須與台灣時間重疊 4 小時。
開工日已備妥- Stage 0（M1）：合成資料產生器、內部資料結構、流程骨架、首次 OR-Tools 執行、七項驗收關卡與攔截矩陣、路線視覺化。已提交、已撰寫文件，10月17日前交接。- 兩個小型真實車隊的 GPS 與派遣資料（其中一隊 6 輛車、2 輛裝 GPS、約每 30 秒回報、以車牌識別、派遣用試算表、無共用行程 ID）。簽署保密協議後提供。- 規格文件、OSRM 台灣圖資建置腳本、AWS 環境（ap-southeast-1）、私有 GitHub 儲存庫。交付內容M2 路線重建驗證完成，11月2日前：1. GPS 資料清理流程、圖資比對路線、停靠與停留時間偵測，以及重建信心度指標，均已完成並提交。2. 參數規格第 3.2 節所列各項指標，均已於選定資料集上計算並回報，且圖資比對關卡已於認可之容許值下產出結果。3. 基線關鍵指標均已計算，且各項均附有信心度標示：實測、重建、推估或未知。4. 流程第 3.5 步基線保真度關卡已產出具體數值結果，且其成果檔案已建檔。M3 示範交付完成，11月15日前：1. 第一里程碑已達成。2. 完整流程於選定資料集上端到端執行，七項關卡均於認可之容許值下執行，並各自產出成果檔案。3. 執行結果具確定性。依資料集雜湊值、設定檔雜湊值及程式提交版本重複執行，產出結果完全一致，並經二次展示。4. 示範文件包已完成彙整：關卡成果檔案、附信心度標示之關鍵指標表、執行日誌，以及流程第 6 步之路線層級視覺化範例。另加：兩份簡短的資料準備度報告（每車隊一份），10月27日前；以及交接文件。費用與付款- 固定總價新臺幣 300,000 元（含營業稅）。簽約開工 30%、M2 驗收 30%、M3 驗收 40%。驗收標準即上述清單；關卡未通過但誠實回報並附診斷報告者，視同交付。- 準時獎金新臺幣 40,000 元：M3 於 11月12日前通過驗收即發給。- 若 RideFair 之 Stage 0 延遲而由您一併完成 M1：另加新臺幣 60,000 元。- 稅務：上列金額均為含營業稅之總額。個人承攬（居住者）每筆給付依法扣繳 10% 所得稅（非居住者 20%），單次給付達新臺幣 20,000 元者另扣 2.11% 二代健保補充保費；公司承攬開立統一發票，5% 營業稅已含於報酬內。驗收後 7 日內匯款。--RideFair LLC (睿德菲爾有限公司), Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Released after the confidentiality agreement is signed.- The specification set, an OSRM Taiwan graph build script, AWS environment (ap-southeast-1), a private GitHub repository.What you deliverM2, Reconstruction proven, by 2 November:1. The GPS cleaning pipeline, map-matched routes, stop and dwell detection, and reconstruction confidence metrics all exist and are committed.2. Every metric in the parameters spec section 3.2 is computed and reported on the selected dataset, and the map-matching gate returns a result at the ratified tolerances.3. Baseline KPIs are computed with a confidence label attached to each: measured, reconstructed, modeled, or unknown.4. The Pipeline 3.5 baseline-fidelity gate returns a result with numbers, and its artifact is filed.M3, The demonstration delivered, by 15 November:1. Milestone M1 has been met.2. The full pipeline runs end to end on the selected dataset, with all seven gates executed at the ratified tolerances, each producing its artifact.3. The run is deterministic. It repeats from dataset hash plus config hash plus code commit with identical output, demonstrated twice.4. The demonstration package is assembled: gate artifacts, KPI tables with confidence labels, the run log, and the route-level visual examples from Pipeline 6.Plus two short Data Readiness Reports (one per fleet) by 27 October, and a handover document.Price and payment- NT$300,000 fixed (US$9,400), VAT included. 30% at signing and kickoff, 30% at M2 acceptance, 40% at M3 acceptance. Acceptance is the checklist above; a gate that fails and is honestly reported with its diagnostic still counts as delivered.- On-time bonus NT$40,000 if M3 is accepted by 12 November.- If RideFair’s Stage 0 is late and you build M1 too: add NT$60,000.- Taiwan tax: every amount above is a total including any VAT. An individual resident contractor has 10% income tax withheld (20% if non-resident) and a 2.11% NHI supplementary premium on each payment of NT$20,000 or more; a company contractor issues an invoice and the 5% VAT is inside the price.
