The Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Program Manager to oversee and synchronize our specialized engineering teams across the US, Korea, and the UK. This is a mission-critical role for an individual who thrives in technical complexity and global coordination.

You will be responsible for the delivery excellence of highly specialized units, including Android Kernel Test Operations, Automation Development, AI System SDET, and Platform Build teams. The ideal candidate is a master of "systemic thinking" who can translate high-level client requirements into executable roadmaps while managing the nuances of cross-border engineering cycles.

Key Responsibilities

I. Global Delivery ＆ Team Orchestration

Cross-Border Leadership: Act as the central nervous system for teams in the US, Korea, and UK, ensuring 24/7 project continuity and cultural alignment.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, providing transparent reporting and strategic updates on technical milestones.
II. Operational Excellence ＆ Metrics

Quality Governance: Establish and monitor KPIs to each team.
Program Management: Monitor program and ensure global operations remain within the projected fiscal framework.
Presentation ＆ Reporting: Synthesize technical milestones and program metrics into high-impact executive presentations for global stakeholders

Candidate Profile

Core Capabilities

Technical Literacy: A deep understanding of Android ecosystem, Kernel testing, or Automation frameworks.
Global Fluency: Proven ability to manage teams across multiple time zones and cultures; exceptional English communication skills are mandatory.
Precision Under Pressure: Ability to manage high-stakes delivery schedules for top-tier global tech clients without compromising on quality.
Technical ＆ Digital Proficiency

Conceptual understanding of Android Kernel, System Validation, and AI testing methodologies.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize complex technical logs into executive summaries.
Preferred Experience

3–5+ years in Program/Project Management within the semiconductor, mobile OS, or software services industry.
Experience managing remote or distributed engineering teams.
Background in an MSP or client-facing technical consulting environment.
